Adam is the co-founder of the Bitcoin Coop in Vancouver, an organization that supports and connects Bitcoin enthusiasts within British Columbia.

He began trading bitcoins in early 2011, after learning about it in an article featuring Dan Kaminsky, a famous American security researcher that has advised companies like Cisco. Adam is the lead developer of CoinOS, an open-source Bitcoin point-of-sale application for brick and mortar merchants. He was also a system analyst for Public Works and Government Services Canada for 9 years and a software engineer for MDA -- a global communications and information firm that provides governments with communications and surveillance & intelligence solutions.

Adam enjoys community driven initiatives and is currently developing a sustainable urban farming business in Vancouver.
